Solution
By introducing our company's independently developed CRM sales management system, ordering system, Ordering Pass, Diancang WMS intelligent warehouse management system, and auto parts Paiapai product management system, and integrating them with Kingdee's financial system, we have achieved full-process online operation, approval, and control.
2. Lower-level agents and distributors can conveniently view products and place orders through the Ordering Pass. After placing an order, the CRM sales management system will automatically generate a sales order and upload it to the Kingdee system, which will then be uploaded to the Diancang WMS intelligent warehouse management system to automatically generate an outbound order.
After the outbound order is completed, the WMS intelligent warehouse management system will automatically send back the data to the sales order. The sales order will then be converted into a financial receipt based on the actual outbound quantity.
4. All product images and information can be conveniently managed through the Auto Parts Paiapai Product management system and downloaded to other systems, eliminating the need to re-enter product information.
