1. General method

(1) Copy the web page address, return to the desktop, right-click on an empty area of the desktop, and click "Create a New Shortcut" as shown in the following figure

(2) Paste the URL you just copied into it, and then click "Next", as shown in the following figure

(3) After entering the label name, click "Finish"
